Goals

1. To conduct Research and Development (R&D) in energy conversion and conservation with special interests in increasing energy conversion efficiency and producing clean energy;

2. To promote and catalyze interaction among academia, industry, and government in collaborating energy R&D and education;

3. To provide services (e.g. workshops, short courses, energy auditing, energy management) to advocate clean energy and energy conservation.
